Honor of Kings is a MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena) created specifically for smartphones. Developed by Chinese video game company Tencent Games in November of 2015, Honor of Kings also goes by the names Arena of Valour, King of Glory, and Strike of Kings.
The game became incredibly popular quickly, leading to 80 million daily active players recorded in 2017. With a huge player following, there is also a strong esports bettor following. Closely resembling League of Legends (LoL), developed by Riot Games (who is owned by Tencent), matches take place on a map split down the middle. Also, as in LoL each team fights to protect a Nexus and multiple towers.
